If you need legal aid, you can seek help from various organizations and institutions, including ones within the Jagiellonian University.
For example, you can use the free support of the JU Student-Run Legal Clinic, which will give you legal advice if you cannot afford professional paid legal services. Moreover, the Legal Clinic also deals with disciplinary actions concerning students – law students act as defence lawyers for accused students.
If you are looking for support in the scope of resolving a specific problem by mediation or in another amicable manner, you can contact the Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution. The Centre provides help, among others, in resolving disputes in the academic community.
Both these organizations are active within the JU Faculty of Law and Administration.
More information can be found on the websites of the JU Student-Run Legal Clinic and the Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution.
